XML Sitemap Export
Generate a production-ready sitemap.xml directly from your crawl.
Generating an accurate XML sitemap manually is error-prone. Crawly builds one automatically from your crawl data - every indexable page, correctly formatted, ready to submit.
Because the sitemap is generated from actual crawl data rather than a CMS plugin or URL list, it only includes pages that are reachable, not blocked by robots.txt, and not marked noindex.
How it works
- 1
Run a crawl. Crawly records the indexability of every page it visits.
- 2
Open the export options and select XML Sitemap.
- 3
Crawly generates a sitemap.xml containing every page that returned a 200 and is not blocked or noindex.
- 4
Download and submit to Google Search Console or deploy directly to your server.
Why it matters
Only indexable pages
The exported sitemap includes only pages that are actually reachable and indexable - not redirects, not 404s, not noindex pages.
No plugin required
Works for any site regardless of CMS. Crawly crawls the live site and generates the sitemap from what is actually there.
Correct format
Output follows the sitemap protocol standard. No manual editing or validation needed before submission.
Use cases
New site launches
Generate an accurate sitemap immediately after launch, based on the actual crawled structure rather than a CMS export that may include drafts or excluded pages.
Post-migration sitemaps
After a migration, generate a fresh sitemap from the new site's crawl to ensure it reflects the new URL structure.
Sitemap auditing
Compare your existing sitemap against Crawly's generated one to find URLs in your sitemap that are redirected, broken, or non-indexable.
